Welcome

My name is Ciara Hudson and I teach Mindfulness Based Interventions and yoga in Dublin City, with a specific focus on mindfulness and yoga for mental health.

I specialise in the delivery of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Movement and Chair Yoga and I am a registered teacher with the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland. For further information you can visit my MTAI teacher’s profile here.

I have completed an M.Sc in Mindfulness Based Interventions with University College Dublin and am a qualified yoga teacher. I have also completed additional training in Trauma Centre, Trauma Sensitive Yoga.

I am extremely interested in the physical and psychological benefits of meditation and yoga practices,  with a specific interested in trauma-sensitive practices and yoga for mental health.

I have a well established personal meditation and yoga practice, I hold a B.Sc in Applied Psychology and currently work in the area of mental health.
